Saus and Sound of Boston Present: Local Music Month

Finding Saus sometimes depends on the wind.

If the wind blows in the right direction, the irresistible smells of Belgian waffles and fries wafting out of their open window will lead you to the door. Step into the local eatery and find Tintin, Snowy, and Blake and Mortimer on the walls as they dash through the action-packed, framed Belgian comic strips.

The cobblestones of the Freedom Trail lie outside its front door. Just steps away from City Hall Plaza, home to Boston Calling, it will be swarming with festival-goers in a few weeks’ time.

In an effort to deliver our city’s musical talent to Bostonians, we’ve partnered with our friends at Saus, who will be playing local tunes hand selected by Sound of Boston throughout the month of May. For the next few Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, you’ll be able to pair your salted caramel waffle with a taste of Boston’s best bands.
