Flora Cash and June Pastel are playing Hojoko in the Verb Hotel on Tuesday, March 20th at 9:30 PM as a part of a series created to provide a platform for emerging talent. We’re giving away two tickets!
Flora Cash is an indie pop husband-and-wife duo. Stockholm’s Shpresa Lleshaj and Minneapolis’s Cole Randall “met on SoundCloud, fell in love on Skype, and eventually found ourselves together,” according to their Bandcamp bio. Lleshaj travelled to the U.S. to meet Randall in person before they returned to Sweden and began writing and performing as Flora Cash.
Baltimore’s June Pastel is a brand new jazzy bedroom pop project created by Anthony Peña. He describes his music as “earnest guitar-pop collages.” Give a listen to “Without A Phrase,” his first single which he released in February of this year.
This giveaway closes Sunday, March 18th at 10 PM, so get your submission in soon!
