For those who don’t know, Sofar Sounds is a global music network that is dedicated to bringing the best new music to intimate, unusual spaces or venues, most often someone’s living room. Putting on shows in over 100 cities worldwide, Sofar doesn’t announce the acts until the show is already happening. Acts like Hozier, Karen O, and Bastille have played Sofar shows in the past, as well as local acts The Ballroom Thieves and Grey Season, to name a few. These shows are some of the best ways to discover new music, and it all happens in a cozy, intimate setting.
