Sleater-Kinney performed for a sold-out Paradise Rock Club on St. Patrick’s Day for the Boston stop on their North American tour promoting their album, “Little Rope”. Their 30 years of making music together shines through in their performance, as Carrie Brownstein and Corin Tucker tackled their lengthy setlist with a level of comfort and professionality that can only come from decades of performing. The performance kicked off with “Hell” and included other tracks from the new record as well as older favorites, such as “Modern Girl”. The energy in Paradise Rock Club was that of a group of dedicated fans who gasped and cheered as soon as they recognized the beginning notes of each song. Sleater-Kinney continues their North American tour through the spring, before traveling to Europe and Australia later in 2024.
